I just saw this on James Duncan Davidson Blog: That there is a new Canon 50mm Lens.

I have to Second or Third it that I would love to get my hands on one of these new lens for my Canon.

Since the 50mm is one of the lens that I use quite a bit this new “Canon EF 50mm f1.2L USM” should be pretty impressive.

To quote James: It has a Micro-USM motor instead of the standard Ring USM.
